This five week breakfast series will provide direction to many of the small business challenges you face daily. The training is FREE to attend and open to all businesses; we encourage participation in all five of the WERCshops.

David is an honored alumni of Glen Oaks, West Virginia and Grand Valley State University with a double-major in Finance and Business Management. For the last 17 years, David has been a leader in the community of commercial banking, consumer and corporate lending, financial consulting, education and planning. As Director, David partners to manage The Principal Financial Group across greater Grand Rapids and Great Lakes Region. The nationally-recognized firm employs 110 trusted advisors located in each of the region’s primary markets, assisting thousands of businesses, their owners and key people in simplifying the often-complicated path of financial planning, while providing the knowledge, tools and unique resources to help these entities and individuals both implement and achieve their goals and objectives.
David sits on the board for the American Diabetes Association, American Culinary Federation (ACF), Grand Valley State University’s Athletic Board, and is the founder of Social Charity Club. He is a tireless advocate for the Kids’ Food Basket and invests annually in efforts alongside the ACF to raise funding for local education, grants and scholarships. Beyond his professional and community efforts, David enjoys pursing his passions in the culinary arts, mountaineering, camping and fishing. But, above he all loves spending time with his wife, Jennifer, and their two children.
Nathan Morales – Financial Representative & Principal Securities Registered Representative
Nathan focuses on offering financial strategies to individuals and families who are going through transitional phases in life such as getting married, having children, buying a home, changing jobs, or preparing for retirement. He also provides comprehensive and innovative solutions to business owners to protect their business, their employees, and their personal lifestyle. Nathan’s goal is to build lasting relationships with his clients as he helps them to make financial decisions at every stage of life and enjoy the fruits of their labor.
Nathan graduated from Hope College in Holland, MI with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Management. While attending Hope College, Nathan was a member of Phi Sigma Kappa Fraternity and was involved in extracurricular activities including Business Club, volunteering and participating in Kid’s Food Basket, the Holland Polar Plunge, and intramural sports.
